Tim Richardson

Our Talent Acquisition Manager, Tim Richardson, handles our recruitment and onboarding process, specialising in scouting candidates from CV sites, providing a friendly initial welcome to all applicants, and ensuring that we provide a truly excellent on-boarding process from start to finish. He has worked for 7 years in charity fundraising administration.

Tim was a printer by profession, spending 30 years working for companies such as Burlington Press, Premier Metropolis, and Cambridge University Press as a Machine Manager.

Tim lives on a narrowboat with his wife and pets and has played bass in a variety of bands. He played at the Glastonbury festival many moons ago and is an avid supporter of Leeds United.
