Ensuring the Quality of our fundraisers

Code of Professional Conduct

We have an extensive Code of Professional Conduct and Sensitivity and Vulnerability policy.

These meet and exceed all compliance requirements for the Chartered Institute of Fundraising and the Fundraising Regulator.

All our fundraisers are issued with this and fully trained and inspected against it regularly.

We also have detailed policies on all aspects of health and safety (including working during the Covid pandemic) and specialist codes of practices for working in hospitals and for children's hospices. We include charity specific elements within the training and facilitate regular meetings between our charity partners and our fundraisers.

All these policies are made available to our charity partners and potential charity partners along with all all our training materials.
