Sensitivity and Vulnerability Officer
Nicole has worked in healthcare for 12 years and started out solely looking after those with dementia. This has led to her being level 3 qualified and filled her with a passion including fundraising to mark her 10 years within dementia care. This put her in the perfect position to take on the challenges of her new daily role.
Outside of work Nicole enjoys exploring, time with her husband and 3 children, and loves to watch banger racing. She is also an avid cat lover and rescues chickens.
