National Development Coach
Richard Hill has worked in face-to-face charity fundraising since early 2018. He has 30 years’ experience of sales, sales management, training, sales mentoring, and compliance in a range of industries and sectors including British Gas compliance certification, and direct sales for luxury home improvements.
He is a national development coach for the fundraising partnership, conducting observations for applicants, giving new fundraisers the best possible start in the field, and offering support to established fundraisers by working alongside them and checking field standards are being delivered.
Outside of work, Richard is a keen skier and cyclist, when he isn't watching Formula 1 and MotoGP. He also has an extensive, if somewhat tragic, encyclopaedic
knowledge of music from the 70s, 80s and 90s.
