Between us, we’ve trained teams, run successful campaigns, and worked directly for charities, all with one goal: helping our partners grow a strong base of enthusiastic, long-term supporters.

With over 20 years F2F management experience, Kevin set up The Fundraising Partnership to be a place where fundraisers were respected, valued and where they felt empowered to put the charity and the donors first.

Having risen through our ranks here at The Fundraising Partnership, Emma knows our business inside out and is responsible for keeping the cogs moving in our day-to-day operations.

Ross Wiggan

Over a course of 14 years, Ross set up and launched Sue Ryder's national lottery, alongside managing their Regular Giving campaigns. Ross now helps ensure our policies, procedures and compliance are on point and also helps train our new fundraisers to the standard he knows a charity deserves.

Naomi McIntyre

With a background in Face-to-Face fundraising and having run and marketed her own businesses, Naomi is responsible for new campaign set up, creating charity marketing materials and designing our internal systems.

With a background delivering brand and customer engagement in large UK brands such O2, Marks and Spencer’s and WHSmith’s. Having also been part of the driving force behind the UK’s fastest growing Lottery, Sam is here to help us and our fundraisers deliver against targets.

Samantha oversees charity invoicing, payroll administration, and the management of weekly data exports, ensuring accurate financial operations and reliable data to support reporting and day-to-day decision-making. With a strong eye for detail and a structured approach, she plays a key role in keeping finance and data processes running smoothly.

Isabelle oversees various admin functions to ensure our Fundraising runs smoothly and is there for our Fundraisers on the Fundraising support line to help resolve any challenges that may arise throughout the day.

With an extensive background in administration, Tracey works in our office helping Emma to ensure our day to day operations run smoothly. Along with the rest of the office team, Tracey is the first port of call for our fundraisers if they need support out in the field.

Richard helps bring through new fundraisers in the South and is a resource for advice and support for fundraisers so they can raise much needed funds for our charity partners.

Paul is responsible for our Fundraisers across the North West and Midlands helping them deliver the best fundraising standards in the sector.

Teresa Hillier

Teresa’s role is to call the supports who have offered to support after speaking with a fundraiser. It’s her role to make sure all donors feel comfortable, happy and confident with what they have signed up for. Our welcome calling team ensure donors and their families are happy to donate.

Rebecca Jenkins

As a member of our welcome calling team, Rebecca is there for our supporters, to make sure they feel valued by our charity partners and can feedback their thoughts to our fundraisers. She is also a safety net, looking to ensure the donation is right for the donor and the donor is in a position to give long term.
